Winter Arc Rules

WINTER ARC is a season of discipline.

When the air turns cold and the streets go quiet, comfort loses its voice. That’s your signal to lock in—build the habits, cut the noise, and push the work no one claps for. Winter Arc isn’t about hype; it’s about the reps you stack when nobody’s watching.
Discipline over dopamine.
Here we offer three levels.
If this is your first year, start slowly with Level 1.
If it isn’t your first time, go for it—this is all for your future.
If you like the extreme, Level 3 is for you.
I’m following a mix of Levels 2.

First Year

If you’ve been waiting for the moment to start, this is for you:

  1. No doom-scrolling (no TikTok, no Reels, no Shorts).
  2. At least one page of a self-development book every day.
  3. Three training sessions a week (minimum 30 minutes each).

Second Year

If you already know where you are, it’s time to evolve—quit comfort.

  1. No doomscrolling (no TikTok, no Reels, no Shorts).
  2. No p*rn; no distractions.
  3. At least three pages of a self-development book every day.
  4. No nicotine, no alcohol, no drugs.
  5. Four training sessions per week (minimum 45 minutes each).
  6. Short morning routine (10 minutes) includes meditation.

Extreme

If you’re a real Goggins:

  1. No doomscrolling (no TikTok, no Reels, no Shorts).
  2. No porn; no distractions.
  3. Read at least ten pages of a self-development book every day.
  4. No nicotine, no alcohol, no drugs.
  5. Five training sessions per week (minimum 1 hour each).
  6. Short morning routine (10 minutes), including an ice bath or cold shower.
  7. Start your business.
  8. No Music
